1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
For products marked "In Stock", the delivery time will depend on your pincode. In most serviceable areas, delivery usually takes 2–3, 4–5, or 4–6 business days.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A tracking ID
Courier service name
Tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp
You can track your package online until it is delivered.
5. Delays & Non-Delivery
Delivery may be delayed due to:
Incorrect address
Natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues
Festivals or high-demand periods
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact our support team.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package is damaged, tampered, or open at the time of delivery:
Please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.
Share photos/video within 24 hours for quicker resolution.
7. Address Change
You can request a change of address within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting customer support.
8. cod
Cash on Delivery (CoD) is only available if our delivery partner in your area can accept cash at the time of delivery.
There is also a cash limit based on your location and order value. If your order amount is higher than the allowed limit, CoD may not be available.
