Your Order Cancellation Rights
Once you place an order, you can cancel the order until the products are shipped. And when the order is delivered to you, you can return it within 7 days.
Full Payment & Refund (Return) Policy
This Payment & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Everest Hotels & Cab Services Pvt. Ltd. through our website and related online stores.
Refund Method
All refunds will be issued only to the same KYC-verified account/ID used for the original payment. Refunds to alternate accounts or third parties will not be accepted.
Refund Timeframe
Once a refund request is approved, we will refund within 7 to 15 calendar days.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Returns and refund requests must include the original order number and the KYC ID used at purchase.
For most products, you must report defects, damage, or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery. We reserve the right to request photos or video evidence.
Consumable or hygiene items (for example: soaps, dental kits, 20 ml toiletries) and specially customized products (e.g., printed bottles with customer logos) are non-returnable unless they are received damaged or defective. If defective, follow the claims process below.
Exceptions
Customized goods (custom prints, bespoke packaging) are non-refundable unless damaged in transit or produced incorrectly by us.
Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse are not eligible for refunds.
Fraud Prevention & KYC
To prevent fraud, refunds will only be processed after verification of the KYC ID used for the original transaction. We may ask for additional documentation to confirm identity before issuing a refund.
